- Training and IT Management for FTE
- Create an action plan identifying IT Management consultation hours
- Access to highly experienced accredited IT Management Professionals 20 hours a month throughout the contract
- Access heavy cost savings through partnership agreements
- Create a plan to address all core HITSM Roles
- Professional Networking Design and Implementation (CCNP, CCDA) Resource
- Scheduled Operational Activity Reporting
- Help desk Ticketing System
- Support for 2 offices or business locations
- All onsite services will require travel, hotel, and per diems if not utilizing local resources
Hybrid Model
- Availability for an average of 45 hours a month throughout the contract
- SME (Subject Matter Expert) or Local Smart Hands Resources will be sourced for Onsite labor (additional cost)
- Create a plan to address all core HITSM Roles
